Sure, the perks of the card are favorable and the discount sounds appealing at the time, but what if you are not a regular Victoria’s Secret customer? Then you are stuck with another credit card, which means more interest and service fees.

Steps to Cancel:

1. Pay off the remainder of your Angel Card balance online.You’ll want a $0 balance before you cancel your card.
2. Call Victoria’s Secret Customer Care team at 1-800-695-9478 (TDD/TTY: 1-800-695-1788). Once you connect with a Care team representative, tell the you would like to cancel your Angel Card.
3. The Care team representative may ask you why you want to cancel your credit card. Cite the reason and tell them that you would like to immediately cancel.
4. Write down the name of the representative you spoke to and (if possible) a confirmation number.
5. Before you get off the phone ask the Care team representative if there’s any associated charges for canceling this card.
6. Once you’re canceled, make sure you review the bank statement associated with the account 30 and 60 days after cancelling to make sure you don’t see any other charges coming from Victoria’s Secret.
7. Once you're in the clear, cut up your card and throw it away.
