Wyrdeer is a New Pokemon in Pokemon Legends: Arceus, and you'll find on this page how to evolve Stantler into Wyrdeer. Though you have a friendly Wyrdeer that will give you rides, it doesn't count toward your Arceus Pokedex. Instead, you must evolve a Stantler. This Stantler evolution guide includes:

How to Get a Stantler

You can get the Normal-type Stantler relatively early on, and will likely run into one during The Frenzy of the Lord of the Woods main mission nearby the Heights camp in Obsidian Fieldlands.

Stantler Locations:

  • Obsidian Fieldlands - Deertrack Heights
  • Cobalt Coastlands
  • Coronet Heighlands

How to Evolve Stantler into Wyrdeer

Once you have a Stantler, you must battle with it.

  1. Level Stantler up to Level 21
  2. It should learn a new signature move, Psyshield Bash
  3. Now, you must trade a Seed of Mastery to Zisu at the training grounds to master it, or:
  4. Level Stantler up further until it masters Psyshield Bash (around level 30, will update this with exact number soon!)
  5. Change Stantler's moves so it actively knows Psyshield Bash
  6. Use Psyshield Bash 20 times in Agile Style

After you have used Stantler's Psyshield Bash in Agile Style 20 times, you will be able to evolve it into Wyrdeer, the Normal- and Psychic-type Pokemon!
