The psychic-type Pokemon Chingling is one of these hard to evolve Pokemon, and it can be quite frustrating if you are trying to max out your Pokedex. The guide below is here to teach you where you can catch a Chingling and how you can get them to finally evolve into Chimecho.

Where To Find Chingling In Brilliant Diamond And Shining Pearl

Chingling is actually pretty easy to find and can be picked up early in the game. Here are all the areas that you can catch Chingling in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl:

• Route 205
• Route 211
• Mt Coronet
• Lake Valor
• Lake Acuity

In addition, you can also find Chingling in the Grand Underground. You can place Psychic-type statues to improve your chances of running into one. Generally, Chingling is an easy-to-catch Pokemon, especially if you run into a weaker one at the start of your journey on route 205.

How To Evolve Chingling

Chingling is another Pokemon in the game that will only evolve if specific circumstances are met. A Chingling can evolve at any level, as long as you have a high friendship level with them.

• Quick Tip: If you want to check your friendship, visit Dr. Footstep on route 213.

Once you have maxed out friendship, your Chingling will evolve into a Chimecho when it next levels up. Here are some tips for increasing your friendship with Chingling:
