In addition to new characters, Patch 1.1 also has a new city reputation system. Here’s how to unlock Liyue reputation system in Genshin Impact.

Before we get into the how-to, let’s check out the requirements first.

Requirements to unlock Liyue reputation

• Adventure Rank 25.
• Complete the Archon Quest Chapter I: Act II “Farewell, Archaic Lord”.

How to lunlock Liyue reputation system

First, teleport to Liyue and head towards the blacksmith.

Next, go up the stairs next to the blacksmith. Walk over to the tree behind him and jump down.

Finally, you’ll spot Miss Yu standing next to the bulletin board. Talk to her to unlock the reputation system for Liyue.

Reputation Reward for Liyue

Complete bounties, requests, Liyue quests on top of world exploration to gain Reputation XP. So there are currently 8 levels. Here are the rewards you can obtain:

In summary, you unlock several new features including: mining outcrop search and merchant discounts. There are a total of three recipes to obtain. Also, you unlock the method to create devices. These help you track Geoculus and find treasure chest in Liyue. There’s also a diagram for portable stove and Condensed Resin.

Finally, cosmetic wise, there’s a wing at level 8 and two namecards, one from Lv. 4 and another at Lv. 7.
