Big White B I've been having HVAC issues (much like KEA's issue in his post). My issue started as blowing hot on the passenger side (did if for 6+ months on and off with little consistency either way). Now my issue is that the drivers side will begin blowing hot leaving the passenger side sometimes hot...sometimes cold). After researching a bit more, I went to the dealer and had them reset the HVAC system with the Tech 2. Came up with codes B0408 & B0418 at first...the truck blew cold on drivers side and hot on passenger side. Cleared codes and recycled again. This action yielded driver side cold, pass side hot still. Checked codes again and B0424 came up. Cleared all codes and recycled the HVAC unit again. It blew cold the whole way home but passenger side force of air less than that of the driver side. Any of you had success with working with resolving these types of codes? #1 · Jul 25, 2011 I've been having HVAC issues (much like KEA's issue in his post). Thanks! I appreciate your assistance. When I T/to the dealer they said the pass side would be a couple hrs labor to replace. sound right? 0 Reply #4 · Jul 26, 2011 GM Dealers use GMs flat rate labor guide system ask to see the published time GM allows. Barter with the service manager ask him/her if they will use the published warranty labor time it is less its worth a try. CC #5 · Jul 26, 2011 Thank you Insert Quotes Post Reply
