I don't know why you'd do that, but yes, it's safe. "What will happen if I swallow my own cum?" Pretty much nothing at all. Like the guy before me said, you can't catch a sexually transmitted disease from your own cum. OK, herpes, maybe? Transfer it from the genitals to the mouth? Maybe check that out, I'm not sure. That is also tied in with the "how" though, as I assume you're not going to give yourself a blow job.
