IMO, your analysis on Netlist/Google dispute settlement should be based on share price is erroneous. It should be based on Google's earnings derived from the Netlist technology. How much should the settlement be? It should be based upon the typical royalty among tech players. If it's 5%, then what Netlist should receive. The Court should appoint an expert to perform the financial calculations. The Court is also very likely to award an interest component as well. BTW, love your work.
