Special Notice: Cook County Spay/Neuter Rebate Program
This February, Cook County’s Department of Animal and Rabies Control (ARC) hosts their annual Spay/Neuter Program to help reduce pet overpopulation and support responsible pet ownership throughout the county.
The program offers Cook County residents up to $40 off spay or neuter services for any number of cats and dogs at participating veterinarians. No coupon is required, but residents must live in Cook County and confirm their veterinarian participates. Pets must have a current rabies vaccination and Cook County rabies tag, though vaccination on the day of surgery is allowed.

Healthy Cats, Strong Communities
Hosted by the Chicagoland Humane Coalition, the 2026 Spay/Neuter Outdoor Cat Tour unites nine shelters and rescues in a coordinated Trap-Neuter-Return effort to spay or neuter 500 community cats—reducing shelter intake, strengthening neighborhoods, and creating lasting impact.
Individuals booking appointments for the 2026 Spay/Neuter Outdoor Cat Tour will receive discounted fees at participating organizations.
• $60 Off Owner Cat Spay/Neuter Surgeries • Waived fees on community cat Spay/Neuter Surgeries
Please note: A deposit is still necessary on all appointments, and the community cat deposits will be refunded after surgery, or you can donate the fee to help us help more community cats.
