Complete The Sea's Legend Request

| 1 | Read the request from the blackboard after starting the Scaling Perilous Heights mission. |
| 2 | Solve the Mystery of The Sea's Legend from Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl |
| 3 | Catch an Overqwil, Buizel, and Mantyke and add them to your party. |
| 4 |  In the evening, pass through the two rock pillars in Cobalt Coastlands. |
| 5 |  Manaphy and Phione will appear inside the Seaside Hollow. |
| 6 | Catch Manaphy. You can also catch Phione since it is rare, but it is not required for the request. |

To find Manaphy, head northeast from the Beachside Camp until you get to Seaside Hollow. Alternatively, you can fast travel to Firespit Island and travel west from there. When you get to the area, find an opening on the side of the mountain and head inside.
Tips and Strategies
Battle Them One by One
When you get to Seaside Hollow, you'll be met both by Manaphy and a few Phione. It's troublesome to take on all of them at once so we recommend battling them one by one. Do this by engaging each of the Pokemon in battle when they move to the edge of the room to attack you.
Use Stunning Items
If you do not want to engage them in battle, you can simply throw stunning items like a Sticky Glob, Snowball. Ball of Mud, and Spoiled Apricorn to make the Pokemon stagger. This will give you enough time to go behind it and throw a Poke Ball for a Back Strike. Repeat the process to the other Pokemon in the room until you have caught them all
