Just went through the mattress return process after purchasing a T&N from Amazon - you will need to call Amazon at 866-423-5353 to initiate and complete the process. Do not initiate the process online. Also, do not try to use email to ask questions about the process as those seem to be answered by the general customer service as opposed to the specialized/large item return service who answer the 866-423-5353 number. Amazon customer service was great and I was told I can choose UPS to pick it up which will be just the mattress. No need to pack it. Do you? | Report Before purchasing the mattress, I wanted to be clear on Amazon's return policy.. On 1/2/2018 contacted S.H.dept. Amazon rep. stated they used UPS to pick up the mattress. Instead, orders through Amazon will work with their Special Handling Department for a return. If you order directly from our website and decide to return, we'll help arrange for either a charitable donation or recycling pickup.
