Changes
  • Added disableElytraMovementCheck as an option to the /gamerule command
  • Added the DragonPhase data tag to the Ender Dragon to choose its attack phase (Now when you summon an Ender Dragon, it will default to DragonPhase:10 which is a tame dragon)
  • Added SkeletonTrap data tag to EntityHorse so that you can now summon a skeleton trap (the 4 horsemen)
  • Added BeamTarget and ShowBottom data tags to Ender Crystal

  • Added End City
  • Added Igloo
General Changes
  • Removed the recipe for enchanted golden apple (also called Notch apple) in a crafting table. You must now find it in the game.
  • Expanded the End dimension and added the End City. Learn how to find the End City. It is it trickier than you think!
  • Increased the durations for Splash Potions (for example, a splash potion that lasted 6:00 in 1.8.9 now lasts 8:00 in 1.9)
  • Attacking now has a "cool-down" delay, making it more important to time your attacks
  • You can now hold items in both hands - the default quick key to swap items is the F key
  • Swords have a special sweep attack
  • Armor protection values have been lowered
  • Added a whole bunch of new sound effects
  • Added sound effect subtitles
  • Brewing Stand now requires Blaze Powder to activate
  • Fixed MC-10 and other issues
  • Removed Herobrine
