We offer in home or no contact curbside when you visit us for new owner pick ups, baths and nail trims and boarding. The only forms of payment accepted at this time are Chase Quick-Pay, Zelle , Venmo or Cash.

Our curbside pickup plan for new owners: A packet will be emailed to all our owners containing basic care instructions along with the USDA paperwork and Health Guarantee which will need to be filled out and emailed back to us.

If you are purchasing equipment we offer a zoom call for you to choose your equipment this will be set for your pick up.

We will allot 15 min per pick up. We will bring your animal and equipment out to your vehicle. If you have questions we can answer them via text, phone, zoom, or facebook messenger.

If you prefer to come into our home, we ask that the time limit be kept to 10 minutes and two visitors only, we are still requiring masks for in home appointments.

For Baths, nail trims or boarding: When you arrive send us a text and we will greet you at your vehicle - only your animal and food/treats will be allowed (for boarding) for baths and nail trims we will greet you at your vehicle, and bring your animal in for the services returning him/her to your vehicle when the services are performed... Payments can be made electronically or by cash at the time of visit or before .
