Log into 'My Z.E. Online '* from your computer, smartphone or tablet and access' My Z.E. Connect 'for:

• get information about your Renault Z.E. where you are,
• take advantage of advice to optimize the use of your electric vehicle,
• consult its autonomy and state of charge in real time,
• locate nearby electric charging stations,
• receive notifications about the state of charge of your vehicle by text or e-mail.

• activate the air conditioning or heating in your vehicle before boarding (service available on Renault ZOE only).
