AT FIRST glance, Peppa Pig seems to be a fairly cute cartoon character.

But according to Google, she might actually be quite threatening – because she’s 7ft 1inches tall.

YouTuber Memeulous shared a screenshot of the Google search “Peppa Pig height” to Twitter at the weekend, which appeared to reveal Peppa’s surprisingly statuesque build.

This claim caused quite a stir among parents, with one person responding: “No wonder the screen shook when she jumped in those muddy puddles.”

Another joked: “She will knock you clean out.”

Others said: “Ha she could boot you over a fence,” “Wow that’s actually scary,” and: “Imagine a 7’1″ Peppa Pig in a dark hallway chasing you at night isolated.”

Naturally, the revelation then sparked a discussion about the heights of Peppa’s parents Mummy Pig and Daddy Pig.

One clever Twitter user did some calculations – and quite frankly, the results were terrifying.

They claimed that Mummy Pig is 11ft 6inches, while Daddy Pig is a gargantuan 14ft 2inches.

If you’re now getting freaked out about having to watch Peppa Pig with your little ones, don’t worry – we’re not sure how much of this we can believe.

When we Googled “Peppa Pig height”, the results were just the height restrictions for theme park Peppa Pig World.

Then again, according to Wikipedia, she comes in at 20ft.

We’ll never see her in the same way again.
