Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!

Payment Methods

• Automatic bank payment (ACH)
• Credit/debit card

Cost to Participate

• $35, $40, $45 nonrefundable enrollment fee per semester
• Up to a $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned
• Payers must have 50% of their balance paid and be current on the payment plan prior to the guarantee date. If not, the payment plan will be terminated on the guarantee date. All funds collected will be remitted to the institution.    If additional charges are added after enrollment in the payment plan, payers must ensure that at least 50% of the updated tuition balance is paid by the guarantee date to remain eligible. Online payments will not be allowed within one week of the guarantee date.

Simple Steps to Enroll

• Go to www.phsc.edu/myphsc
• Log in to the Bobcat Portal
• Select the Banner Self Service Student Dashboard
• Select Account Detail for term
• Select the term from the drop down box
• Click on Setup New Payment Plan link
