I am constantly getting the banner "galaxy s8 successfully connected" on the sync 3 about every 5seconds. Then after 5-10mins a warning will pop up saying that "sync can't keep a stable connection with galaxy s8" or something like that. The thing is i don't drop calls, and streaming over blue-tooth it works fine. Any ideas? its extremely distracting, especially when the phone is in my pocket as it vibrates every time it connects. Figured out I was still on version 1 even though I had update through wifi selected for the last 3 years. Manually updated it and it stopped. You're running the newest you say, so I would also try to unpair the two and repair like it's a new phone. Here is how we fixed it: Remove phone from truck. Remove truck from phone. Set battery optimization for Spotify to "off", then re-pair devices. All good now. Of course this is on Pie, so not sure if it will still work on Oreo.
