I clicked A a bunch of times (on controller) to see if it was invisible, nothing. Checked on the roof for items as well, nothing. I distinctly remember using the "Leave" option and not the "Discard" option (fooled me once with the Siegbrau on one playthrough, was pissed ), so that's ruled out. Exiting the game through the menu entirely there. Close the entire game out. Then boot it and load the game and see if this resolves the issue. You can also try shutting down (not reboot) and then booting PC and see if it is a memory related glitch. If both of these fails you are screwed.
