Budew will evolve into Roselia once it levels up during the day while having a high Friendship stat.

Budew will naturally grow closer with you as you travel and battle with it. You can also let it participate in Contests, letting it hold the Soothe Bell, or obtaining it in a Luxury Ball, among other methods.
