On my first time playing this, I did a Nuzlocke that I quit pretty quickly but had no issues with it. Now, I just restarted a new game and picked Riolu as the Starter. I was soft resetting for the Nature I wanted, and after a few resets I found the right one. After talking to the Professor, I tried to leave the Lab and he shouted "Wait! You've forgotten your Starter!" even though I'd just picked my Riolu and had it in my Party. I've done both soft, and hard resets but the same thing keeps happening so I can't leave the Lab at all.Is this a permanent glitch? Will I ever get to play this game?Any advice is appreciated. I was able to replicate the problem, so it looks like it's a glitch in the save file. Only thing I could think of to fix it is delete the save file, which does fix the problem. I've had that problem before too, except it always happens when I pick Shinx as a starter. I would just restart a pick a different starter and it worked. Ironically riolu works for me.
