Tornadus is one of the many Legendary Pokemon found and captured in the Hisui region. Tornadus is involved in a request called, Incarnate Forces of Hisui and can be found inside the Bonechill Wastelands, located in the Alabaster Icelands. Tornadus will only appear while a snowstorm is going. As with all the Legendary Pokemon, it can be a brutal fight if you are not prepared, be sure to save your game before battling Tornadus. After capturing all of the Pokemon involved in the request, you will receive the Reveal Glass which will change the form of Tornadus and the other Incarnate Pokemon.
