Wreckage Polaris Lance Catalyst not progressing I wanted to get all the catalysts done for my exotic weapons in prep for the new subclass changes, and I got to Polaris Lance. Now I do understand that for some reason it’s the burn effect that counts rather than the explosion, but no matter what I do, the progress for Perfect Fifth kills will not move. Anyone else have this issue? I’ve tried buying a new Polaris but it still won’t work, and I don’t see a way to reset the catalyst progress. If anyone can help I’d be so happy to get this done. Cahoots This is still bugged, even after it was free as a twitch-prime drop, is there any update? Meat Whistle Can also confirm bug. Have tried several farming areas, witnessed enemies die from the burn, none were counted. Still at 0. God does this give me PTSD from completing this years ago on an old account. 😣 Comment Reply Start Topic Report

HellSpawn I completed the kills portion used every video guide made sure they died by burn and not a single perfect 5th killed registered. It's at 0%, even by statistical odds if it was working I should show something registering on the catalyst Comment Reply Start Topic Report

BobboVB Same here. I can confirm it's counting kills towards the overall percentage (started the season around 70%) but it's definitely not counting perfect 5th kills, explosion or burn. I tried multiple locations, and various subclasses like Peace, but nothing helped. I have been playing on hunter, and haven't tried another class, though I can't imagine why that would matter. Peace I have the same issue, killed several mobs with the burn effect and it doesnt count. Its probably they've redone how burn effect works, its called scorch stacks now. I even tried to play on other subclasses other than solar. Comment Reply Start Topic Report

Wreckage Bumping this again, I’ve tried doing what I mentioned in first reply on different destinations, same result. Burn tick damage also cuts out before the enemy dies, and that might have something to do with it? Someone please see this, I think this is an issue for those who haven’t completed the catalyst and haven’t gotten any success. Am I the only one who can’t complete the thing?
