I am really happy with my new trousers, I really love them, they are comfortable and easy to wasch, the only problem I have is that I ordered them in S but they feel like an M, I had to use a tight belt, also the color effect is not as cool as it was promised to me

Fantastic 👽💚

I recently got 2 pair of jeans from this brand and they're AMAZING I HAVE NO WORDS. This brand needs more recognition, definitely, please keep making unique clothing because I want to keep buying from you (even tho it's kinda expensive but it's worth it) ✨️🤙 moreover the shipping time was super fast, I only had to wait 3 days for each pair. The only thing I would improve is PLEASE put the corresponding size charts for every pair of jeans 😭 it's really hard to tell based on how tall the models are. Other than that I have no complaints! Love Alienation 👽💚

7 days since I placed my order

7 days since I placed my order, and my order still hasn't been shipped. I contacted customer service who keeps telling me that shipping takes less than 24 hours.... even when I tell them it's ALREADY been more than 24 hours, currently more than 60 hours and still no news.. I will change my rating when I receive my products, but for a site that boasts about fast delivery I am rather disappointed for the moment(order #13618)

i ordered one pair of retro zip jeans on 12 of february, i choose the quick shipement (order #11261) and today its 12 of march.One month later, i never recive anything.Where is my pack? I try to contact the support email for questions on 19 of february cause the time of shipement was 24/48 hours, and they didn’t responde. Now, I pay 70€ total, i cant have any response or sum. What should i do?Can someone reply me? Are my money left? I think so, sorry cause this pair of jeans was my iconic dream, but this is enough.
