When you return an item, your Amazon refund amount and refund method may vary. Your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item, and how the item was purchased.

2- How Long Do Refunds Take After I Return an Item?

It can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. To find how long it takes for you to receive your refund for (a returned or cancelled order), please check the table below.

Note: In the case your order got Canceled / rejected or Undeliverable for your cash on delivery payment method no refund will be issued.

3- How Refunds Are Issued

Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. You can choose your preferred refund method in the Online Returns Center

The refunded amount may reflect in the E-Wallet originally used to create the card. Please refer to your Virtual Card provider for more details on the refund process.

For Cash on delivery: When a refund is issued, we will refund the balance to your electronic gift card balance. Once all or part of the refund balance has been used, we are unable to transfer the outstanding refund balance back to your bank account. For more information on Cash on delivery, please visit our Cash on Delivery help page.

Note: Once the refund is issued, we are unable to change the refund method.

4- Refund Without Return

Amazon may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. If you are not required to send your item back for a refund, you will be notified in the Online Returns Center or by our customer service team.

5- Late Refunds

You can check the status of your refund in Your Returns next to the relevant order, select View return/refund status.

If your refund status is not showing as refunded in Your Returns and the processing time for your payment method has passed, you can contact us for further assistance.

If your refund status shows as refunded in Your Returns and the standard time-frame has passed, and you still have not received the refund, please contact your bank and provide them with the "RRN" (Refund Reference Number) to claim your refund. You can find RRN via your email and through Message Center.
