Lost your library membership card or any of the library compliant cards?

Do use the "Loss of Card" form to report, or
You may also go down to any libraries (except Chinatown Library) to seek staff assistance to report.
Once you have submitted the report, we will process it immediately, and the card can no longer be used in any of our public libraries.

If you do not report, any charges incurred on your lost card, such as fees for lost items and reservations, will be charged to your library account.
