A reset can reboot your product or it can clear locally-stored product settings, such as paired device lists. Find out which option is available to reset your product.

Reset your SoundLink speaker.

Product settings are not lost during this reset.
  1. Press and hold the Mute icon button for 10 seconds until the lights on the speaker briefly blink.
  2. Press the Power icon button to turn the system back on, then resume normal use.
