The Saratoga Race Track summer meet will begin earlier in 2026 and run through Labor Day. The season opens with the July 4th Racing Festival, which serves as Opening Weekend, and the full summer meet spans 10 weeks with 46 days of live racing.

Racing takes place on a mix of four- and five-day weeks throughout the season, with Mondays and Tuesdays generally serving as Dark Days. The schedule adjusts slightly during holiday weeks and the extended closing week leading into Labor Day.

The full 2026 schedule has not yet been released, so check back for updated information as it becomes available.

Note: Coolers are permitted at Saratoga Race Course in the backyard, building, and apron areas, as long as they are kept off tables, seats, and out of aisles. They may contain food and alcoholic beverages in cans or plastic containers—glass is not allowed. NYRA security may inspect all coolers at any time.
