The annual summer racing season in Saratoga now has a set schedule.

The New York Racing Association announced Tuesday that the 40-day meet will start Thursday, July 14 and race on Wednesdays through Sundays after a four-day opening weekend.

The biggest races will be held in August, with the Grade 1 Whitney running on Aug. 6 and the Travers Stakes running Aug. 27.

The meet will run through September 5.
