Description of the new feature / enhancement

After enabling this cool new feature it randomly seems to get activate with relatively minor movements. There does not appear to be any settings to adjust this to allow more forceful shaking to activate. It would be nice to enable both the double left control and the shake but allow sensitivity settings. It may end up being more involved that simply adding a sensitivity. Sometimes it gets activated by simply touching the mouse so there may be a few settings that should be created. For example, requiring a certain amount of movement before activation vs a certain speed of movement.

Scenario when this would be used?

Using my mouse to follow some text shows that this feature is too sensitive.

Supporting information

1. Moving by less than 10 pixels activated.
2. Simply touching my mouse activated it at one point.
3. Moving mouse to follow lines in a list inadvertently activated it.
