Stap It, Rahn: Ronnie And Sammi Of 'Jersey Shore' Break Up (again)

On MTV's "Jersey Shore," Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola had a special kind of relationship. Affectionately known as "Sam and Ron," they showed their affection by violently hurling furniture and clothing, pushing mattresses into hallways, throwing fits and crying.

Stap it, Rahn, Giancola would protest, as Ortiz-Magro flung whatever possessions of hers he could get his fists on, bellowing insults as their roommates watched in horror ... and eventually, exasperation.

As DJ Pauly D once lamented, "If this relationship continues, I'll kill myself."

And yes, it did. Once and again they'd break up, only to reenter some form of coupledom. After the MTV series wrapped in 2012, Ortiz-Magro, who grew up in the Bronx, and Giancola, a native of Hazlet, moved out to Westchester together — their version of riding off into the sunset.

Now, it seems their happy home is no more. Ortiz-Magro, 28, tells People magazine that the match made in reality TV heaven split two months ago. He and Giancola, 27, have made the break final (so he says), though Ron claims he isn't on the prowl for a new lady just yet. Alas, he and Sammi — who once delivered a swift punch to his face — just drifted apart, he told the magazine at the premiere of "Jersey Shore Massacre" (produced by his "Jersey Shore" co-star Jenni "JWoww" Farley).
