For someone who wants to take the practice to the next level, challenging one’s endurance or one’s muscle strength, then practicing of the 19 steps of Sun Salutation B, can be done holding each pose for at least 4 breaths as you move along in the sequence. The other alternative is using the Ashtanga style of Yoga, which uses a jumping version from Uttanasana to Chaturanga Dandasana or the other way.
