This simple sweet potato puree is packed full of vitamin C, suitable for first weaning

- 1 Sweet potato
- A splash of baby's usual milk or cooled boiled water
Method
step 1
Peel the sweet potato and cut into cubes.
step 2
Place in a pan and cover with water. Cover with a lid and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until tender.
step 3
Drain and puree, adding a little milk or cooled boiled water to thin to the desired consistency.
- Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
- Free from cow's milk (if made with cooled boiled water or breastmilk), egg, soya, gluten and nuts.
