Advanced Tips on the Temporal Mantle
Allows You To Dodge All Direct Attacks
If the attacks is a non-DoT (Damage overtime), the temporal can dodge it. The Temporal Mantle is one of the best Mantles in the game in that it greatly enhances a hunter's survivability rate. Note that the duration shortens per attacks dodged so don't just try to take monster hits while the mantle is on.
Cannot Dodge DoTs
DoTs such as the Kulve Taroth's ground breath cannot be dodged by the Temporal Mantle. Beware of such moves to avoid diving into a potential death.
Protects Wearer While Clutched
The Temporal Mantle works even while you're grabbing the enemy. This allows you to avoid falling off from monster attacks and eventually be able to use a Flinch Shot against them.
