Coño, Carajo, Puñeta…My favorite curse words in my vernacular Spanish.

Cunt, Fuck, Masturbate…respectively
Even though these are their literal meanings, they all can be used in the same context as “Damn!”, “Shit!” or “Fuck!”.
e.g.
- “Vete al carajo.” = “Go fuck yourself.”
- “Coño, esa tipa esta buenisima.” = “Damn, that girl is hot.”
- “Puñeta! Me dieron una paliza con una silla” = “Shit! I got beat up with a chair.”

My coworker says Coño all the time. ALL THE TIME. She also taught me toto. By taught me, I meant she calls people “toto face” all the time and I threatened to say it to our boss if she didn’t tell me what it meant. I really need to learn Spanish.
