The rep was pleasant and competent, and although she couldnt help me with my problem directly, she did tell me what I needed to do regarding the other entity (GoTickets) that I was dealing with. The outcome was eventually a success, but dealing with GoTickets chatbot was *** on earth and took almost an hour.

A friend sent me a ticket to the ravens game. I used a new email address not realizing I had a Ticketmaster account with an old one.My ticket initially showed up to the new account with my updated email, but then it disappeared saying it was not a valid ticket or something of that nature I then tried to log into my account with my old email, and the ticket was not there either. My ticket seemed to be lost in cyber space. When I called Customer Service and explained my issue. She was not very helpful.Overall she swore to me that providing the ticket number and my ID at the gate would allow me access to the game.This was incorrect fortunately, the stadium was able to look up my ticket in a different way and I was able to gain access, but it was a no part to Ticketmaster service. If it was up to me, I would never use Ticketmaster again.

I got nowhere with my complaint. They made a mistake and should have honored the sale.I bought and paid for my tickets.They took them back and said it was their mistake for releasing them. I didnt want a refund, I wanted the tickets I bought.

It makes me crazy when I buy from one vendor, and it gets transferred to another. This time I decided to put into my digital wallet immediately.However, when I went to my wallet on the day of the event, they werent there. I could not log into The original vendor because theyve already been transferred and Ticketmaster did not have them listed. This was all within 30 minutes of our basketball game.He got taken care of, but I wish that whole transition from one vendor to another would be easier. This is not the first time this has happened.
