Ticketmaster customer service lacks any compassion and understanding. Its method of refunding tickets is totally unacceptable and extremely difficult. It's a total rip-off!A

Impossible to get customer service support from Ticketmaster. Tried all the FAQ - did everything they said - no support! Tried the Bot -it just left me hanging after all he Q&A, saying a live rep would help me - still no response 3 days later. Tried the email - no one answers - sent multiple requests - 3 days later no response. Tried the phone numbers - they say no longer providing phone support on one number and always says busy on the other, redirecting to the FAQ, then hanging up. Been calling for 3 days

I'm trying to sell my pack 12 championship game at allegiant stadium in November but I give all the information they ask but on the bottom it says cancel listing or submit listing the submit listing is not blue it's basically clouded out like you can't advance can you please help me
