Summa Health Transitional Year Residency
Summa Health System offers a one-year, fully accredited Transitional Year sponsored by the Department of Internal Medicine. Its objective is to provide a multidisciplinary education on which to base further medical training. The rotation schedule can be adapted to suit the needs and interests of the individual resident. There are nine months of required rotations and the remaining three months may be scheduled in any elective.
