Is it possible to save animations as GIF with transparent background?

  It is not possible to make GIF animations in transparency. However there are two alternatives 1. You can export in PNG Animation, go to the option '' Animated Sticker (APNG) '' and indicate '' Remove blank spaces '', and you will get an animated image without transparency in PNG format but it is only allowed in web browsers that let's read that format to play the animation. (An example of this character with transparency available in Chrome, Firefox or another browser suitable for the image) 2. Or you can export in '' Image Sequence '' in PNG Transparent format, it is not like GIF, but it is useful for video editing, importing and editing it. Any questions, do not hesitate to ask me.

  Williwanderschuh 7 years ago Thanks, have found a solution. Although additional work but works. Save the layered file as a PSD and load it into my old Sherif Photo Plus, then I can save it as a moving GIF.

  Unfortunately, Clip Studio Paint does not bring this option with itself. However, you can save the image as an animated PNG with transparent background and use an online converter to convert it to a GIF animation: 3
