I have been contacting UPS for months now, case #'s, promised call backs and emails but billing department has failed on all return calls or emails.

Sent a insured one of a kind set of nails to a client in Denver Colorado. Should have been there 2 to 3 business days. That was in June. They are still waiting. These custom made nails were a theme to a Beyonce concert and my client paid $500 for the work. They got bounced around and we finally found someone to help and got them rerouted. That didn't work either. They ended up at the Beverly Hills Hotel the day after the concert. Now we are being told that they were returned to sender and until they show up, we are not entitled to any compensation. My client, had it not been for her understanding, would have gone someone where and I would have lost my stream of income. UPS has consistently dropped the ball on this. FED EX here we come

I had a deeply upsetting experience at the UPS Store located at 3389 Sheridan St, Hollywood, FL 33021. The employee refused to scan my package and told me I needed to print the label myself. When I offered to print it there, he claimed the printer was down. Minutes later, my white friend was able to receive full service-including printing and scanning-at this same location. This clear inconsistency, along with blatantly racist remarks, points to intentional racial discrimination. This treatment was demeaning and unacceptable. UPS needs to urgently investigate this incident and ensure its staff are trained in professional, equitable customer service.

UPS doesn't want customers to phone them so they phone customers from: UPS NON-WORKING NUMBER ---> (714) 999-6200 I contacted Customer Service and I asked him the same question 3 times he just remained silent??? One can't carry on a conversation if the other party fails to converse!!! He ended up stating that my deliveries will continue the same way, will close the case and hung-up??? This means that my packages will continue to be tossed over a 6 foot fence even though I clearly state in my UPS MY CHOICE ACCOUNT that I need my packages delivered to the front door of my Condo because the back gate and mailbox is only 4 feet from the street and anything placed there will go missing!!! Furthermore, tossing packages over a 6 foot fence isn't acceptable and will only continue damaging my packages!!!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unreliable , changed delivery date 5 times in one week with no information where it is.Seem to lack ability to do their job & be of service.I still don't have my package no response to communicate.None

We have two packages that was lost or stolen by a UPS employee. When you call their customer service they will just ask you to file a claim but won't update you on the outcome of the investaigation

This company has the worse delivery procedures ever packages never delivered on time whether amazon prime or private delivery will be looking into alternative delivery services for the future. I would give no stars.

Ups email I spent the majority of my day yesterday trying to guide UPS to my apartment and then you got involved and said that it was a driver error it was entered erroneously the address was and that is now been fixed well I just got another notice that UPS has delivered however this is not my apartment and it wasn't delivered here is what I'm dealing with today I really am very upset with UPS all of my Amazon Things apparently will be delayed I can't take a shower because I don't have a shower curtain which is one of the things that was supposed to be delivered today please see the following photo don't know what to do I'm out of options

I moved into a new complex almost 3 weeks ago I have interacted with UPS mid-level management numerous times via email the consensus is a UPS driver entered my address incorrectly this has resulted in failed attempts to receive boxes 12 times in two weeks although my address is in Google maps I am beyond frustrated by the incompetence of UPS I would highly recommend passing on this company and their inability to deliver regardless of communication and false promises by management

I would give ZERO stars if that were possible! My response to the UPS email asking, "Tell us about your delivery": My package was NEVER delivered! I had to go to the local UPS hub to pick up my packages! Outsourced customer service SUCKS! The staff at the hub advised that they never received any messages from customer service even though customer service assured me that "URGENT" messages had been sent to the hub on numerous occasions for several days in a row. I would NEVER recommend UPS to anyone for shipping. I will leave this review on every corporate review website that I can find. I would NEVER recommend that a US corporation outsource something as important as CUSTOMER SERVICE! The outsourced employee has no vested interest/incentive in providing quality customer service. This lack of service to the customer will turn away even the most loyal customer. UPS: You need to address this!!!

of my current work schedule hrs. from M-F 7:30am-4:00pm, I couldn't leave work to make it on time for all three deliveries 1st delivery at 3/6/24@12:21pm, 2nd at 3/7/24@11:39am, 3rd at 3/8/24@11:20am. I couldn't change my delivery status. Didn't understand why I was restricted, because I paid full price for this product to be delivered at my convenience, I was given no options to get my package that I paid for. UPS did not give me full access to my account to modify my delivery, it was their way or the highway. The customer support channel was useless, they only told me that they were sorry for my inconvenience. I lost money ($47.45) during this difficult time. On the bad negative service I received, I will be reporting this to all media complaint outlets. I want my package without repaying to have it reshipped to my residence, I want it delivered on my terms not USP's three strikes you'r out terms. TY.

I'd like to start off by saying ups is not worth the time or money. They put my package in a locker without asking me and my leasing office was closed so I couldn't even get my access code to a locker I never signed up for

Screw your customer service system! I absolutely despise the way that this company does business. Why have a customer service line when all they do is waste time, waste people's patience and not even care? Those automated services piss me and a whole lot of people off. I hate it so much! Please do your freaking job right. Reachability is something that if I could I would give a zero to.

UPS has no customer service. They have hidden every possible number to talk to a human being. A $700 amplifier just 'disappears' from their delivery truck and there's nobody to talk to. Just run you in circles over and over with their terrible automated service. You can call Amazon and request that Amazon not ship items to you through UPS. I've done that. I'll never use them again. Over and over packages missing, late, or even if it's a simple question you'll never ever get it answered. It is the WORST customer service I've ever dealt with.

Horrible experience. The arrogant attitude comes from the top down. If they dont like your complaint they turn you over to legal. The regular workers seem nice.

Horrible customer service. The absolute worst. First my package was delivered elsewhere then I was unable to file a claim because the sender has to do that. No help whatsoever with UPS trying to contact the driver to ask where was the package dropped off to. Disgusting....

UPS is the worst parcel service in the business. I spent 3 hours on the phone trying to reach an actual person. When I did they couldn't actually help at all. What are they for?? My delivery info when I track it has been saying that it's in my town for the last few days. They keep sending me emails saying it will be delivered that day but it's not. Then yesterday it said it was delayed because of weather conditions in the area. Yesterday it was 60 degrees here. When I finally got to speak to someone they said no that my package isn't here it's still in Ohio. Why would it say that it is being processed in my town if it's not?? What good is a tracking system that doesn't track and then it's impossible to speak to someone? That makes it a BS excuse making system not an actual tracking system. It's just so UPS can get a few more days to figure out where your package is. Half of the time I order something and it's delivered by them there is a problem and nobody to speak to. In the future if I need an item and the shipping is through UPS I would rather do without said item and save the stress and time. Worst shipping service ever.

The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced and is little to any help and ups dosnt hold itself responsible for lost or delivered wrong packages...I got absolutely no help with my package and now I am out my own money

I find it really unfortunate when your drivers are to good to do the job they get paid for.. booo driver ca plates 95195H2. No reason not to deliver my package. I guess complete laziness.

I paid the extra fee for change of delivery. The change was supposed to take place the very next day. I made the change of delivery because I could not be home at the time that UPS was delivering the package. Once I made the change of delivery called the pick up destination, only to find out the package would not be delivered for another three days. This means that my possession is still in UPS's possession not knowing at this package is even gonna be delivered. Essentially I paid for a service that UPS didn't fulfill. This company uses ways to upsale their services. Which essentially is ripping customers off.I thought FedEx was bad but they're not as bad as UPS they're technology and their system are behind the times. They are a horrible service. Do not use UPS ever they are terrible. Don't use this service don't use them. I hope they go out of business. They're behind the times. They're absolutely not a good company they don't live up to their promise.

Karen from Palatine facility. Told me package was in transit from Palatine but hadn't left yet. Said she didn't know where it was going and couldn't transfer me to someone who could. Told me it was sent from Hodgkin's to Palatine which is the wrong direction. Hung up on me Christine. Supervisor from customer support said my package was in Lockport. Guaranteed I would receive it on Monday. Today is Friday which was original delivery date. Then said I should receive it Monday. Told me projected locations and times are used on track my package and that UPS was not responsible for providing accurate information. Not sure if I will ever get my package both contradicted themselves so much they forgot which lies they had already told me ups is the worst

I had 2 packages sent to my address. One of the packages was sent 2nd day air and was a medically necessary device. The packages were out for delivery once. The packages were labeled recipient moved. I called customer service 3 times to file complaint and have them sent out for delivery again. The third customer service call I made, I was told I had to go to the Odessa FL hub and pick-up packages that day or they would be returned to sender. The packages had been at the Odessa FL hub for 10 days. I drove an hour and one half each way to pick-up my packages. I showed my FL driver's license to pick up the packages and pointed out to the clerk that my address on my license was the same as was on the packages. My advice to anyone shipping packet, choose another company to ship with.

The worst service everrrrrr. I live in an apartment, I asked the representative to put special instructions that they have to call me because the buzzer doesn't work. And next day someone is calling me and being rude to me that the drivers aren't allowed to call customers. How am i supposed to pick up the parcel then??
