I don't know how sane I would be if I had to stress over every little thing that went in mymouth during this pregnancy.bbarcia07@AJ1107,Im a FTM and I know when I first found out I was pregnant I bought two WTE books and googled EVERYTHING...but it got to be a lot of work and after thinking about all the things that are safe now that weren't when my mom was pregnant with me and vise versa I realized its just like anything, most things in moderation...so I ate a piece of ham...I didn't eat the whole thing! :P Good luck! :)
