You can find Mending Machines all around the Island in Fortnite, but the best plan of action is to head towards a gas station as these should always have some kind of vending machine next to them.

However, the vending machine that spawns at each location above has a random chance of being a Weapon-o-Matic that sells various weapons or a Mending Machine which sells healing items.

You can distinguish a Mending Machine from a Weapon-o-Matic because it will have a large plus symbol on the screen when you approach. It will then turn into a cute pink creature with hearts around it.

Patch Up service NPC character locations in Fortnite

Peely and Katara both sell the Patch Up service and are located at the bottom right of the map.

You can purchase the Patch Up service from two NPC characters across the map in Chapter 5 Season 2 for 100 gold bars each.
