CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I am not aware that it has a particular spiritual significance, because the ancients were not capable of measuring night-time in the same way that we can.   •••

Jesus died at 3 p.m., and the trinity is "3" and "3" is certainly a significant number all through the Bible - 3 nights in the tomb for Jesus, 3 nights in the belly of the fish for Jonah, 3.5 years of the first half and second half of tribulation (total 7), 3 times Peter received a vision, 3 times he denied Christ, 3 times he reaffirmed his love for Christ, and the list goes on, so when you see the number 3 consistently, take notice that God is speaking. Also, the USA will be 233 years old in a few days, which could be significant.

The reason I ask is at slightly before 3am this morning I woke up and saw what seemed to be a black creature walking on all fours (it could also walk on two). It seemed to climb on the bed then on top of me then I couldn't breathe. i started to call out the name of Jesus and it was as if it was trying to close my mouth but I perservered and Spoke the name of Jesus and scripture over and over. I was ok after that (I wasn't scared because God told me ages ago not to fear any evil). But after then I heard almost a voice gentle, but firm, saying "take note of the time". I ignored the first time becuase I was tired and when I couldn't breathe the oxygen supply was limited to the brain so I had a bit of a headache, then I heard it again firm but gentle "take note of the time". It was 3am. I went to sleep, but first thing when I woke up I remembered, so thats why I ask. God Bless.   •••

Well, you are entitled to your opinion on this one. But it is only opinion. The Bible does not say, 'when you see the number 3 consistently, take notice that God is speaking.'   •••

We tend to take a very black-and-white approach to evil and good. But there were times in scriptures where God allowed evil forces to be let loose for a little while, before He stepped in with restoration. What you describe fits the definition of a night terror with sleep paralysis. But which came first, the chicken patient who saw the dark creature, or the egghead medical explanation? A lot of people hear numbers, or feel significance in them, but there isn't always a follow-through conclusion. When I get that same sense, I don't find a conclusion. So I wonder if (for me) it is sometimes an emotional impulse, like times where we suddenly feel like doing something creative. The timing of waking up -- tie together the depression info with the "up to pray" regulars. We sleep in phases, and we also sleep with an internal biological clock. We would naturally be in ready-to wake states the same times every night. "Take note of the time." 1. I'm sure that some people that wake up at 3:00 am are probably depressed even people that wake up at 1:00 are depressed.   •••

That could be. Any sort of research might pull together needed information. Notice that NKorea was in the news again this morning. I mentioned earlier that God historically and scripturally allows danger. While it is true that there is no doctrinal teaching in scripture on this subject, that I know of, all scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, instruction, correction and training in righteousness. So we can see patterns in scripture and we can learn lessons from them. Do a search on the number of times the number 3 is used throughout scripture (OT and NT) and see the significance of it in each instance and I think you will learn that the number 3 is of great Biblical significance and that it has meaning for us. Often the third time was the point of a light bulb turning on inside someone's head or someone coming to repentance or someone being delivered - something really significant and life-changing took place when they got to the 3rd day or the 3rd instance. So, if someone is seeing the number 3 repeatedly or feels that they have been told to pay attention to the time, then it is certainly worth investigating, don't you think? We often miss God's messages because we dismiss them too quickly without doing to research, the study and taking the time in prayer before the Lord to see what he is actually saying. I believe that there is enormous Biblical support for what I said about "3" having to do with God speaking some type of a message and that we should listen. I can not teach it doctrinally, but I do believe there is solid Biblical support for that belief.   •••

Feel free. Meanwhile, I will stick to what it actually says, rather than looking for hidden codes. Each to his own. As a general principle, anyone who wakes at any time of night after having a nightmare is well advised to pray. That probably goes without saying. Meanwhile, if God has a message for us, he does not deliver it by monsters in the night.

That is were we get the term witching hour. IMO it sounds more like the Lord is waking you up for His own reasons and it would be good to seek that out. But yes some do wake up as of sickness of the flesh. I know I only slept about 2hrs last night and my husband's alarm sounded at 5am And yes the Lord has always used symbols to communicate with us as we rarely hear Him speak even close to what we would consider audibly. She is a wise and serious Christian lady and I would encourage you to check out what Christ's servant posted to you.   •••

the Bishop at my chuirch taught on this. Inded there is spiritual significance and it has to do with the unseen forces of darkness and the spiritual, unseen battle that rages, beyond what our senses tell us. It is a time for intercession. It is God speaking to us. There have been times i have awakened in the middle of the night, with crystal clear clarity, and it was God Who woke me up, i knew this. For it was no sound that woke me, just a prompting that only my spirit knew of and detected. And my mind and heart was at attention in extreme alertness and i could feel God's presence, and like yes, He was talking to me...communicating with my mind and heart. Recently i had a dream of a dark figure that hovered over me and i was shaking violently. Finally i just kept calling out the name of Jesus and i woke up, still shaking violently. I've been sensing that God's children are under attack, even before this dream. I'm lifting you and my brothers and sisters in Christ up to Abba. We are surely in a battle. Although unseen, it is raging. We need His armor and His mindset and heartset. For we are surely under attack, as we are told in His Word. It is real.   •••

i'm sensing that God is calling His children to attention, to stand together in unity and prompting us to set our faces like flint and to not be moved, but to intervene for one another. lifting each other to Him, and to be aware clearly of the battle that rages, unseen...for the battle becomes more fierce even as we speak....for the time is short. Weapons that are deadly for the dark forces, for the enemy, are praise and worship.....and dancin' like David did....amen! He, our Abba, is with us!! Halleluia!! Praise His name!! These things chase the dark forces like sniveling cowards, for His light pierces them and they have no place to hide. May His light shine, amen.
