Zac Efron made the move to Australia at the start of last year. He sold his Los Angeles house for $6.85 million. However, he sold the house for $7.6million. Instead, he bought a property in Byron Bay. He lived there for many years while completing other projects in Australia.

His new house is surrounded by many lush hills, bushwalking trails and even a waterfall. It is also reported that it is located 30 minutes away from the Gold Coast. The actor purchased the property in Glengarrie, Tweed Valley for $2 million.

Zac Efron was the son of Starla Baskett and David Efron. His father is the electrical engineer at Diablo Canyon Power Plant. His mother is an administrative assistant at the same location. He also has two siblings, Dylan (the actor) and Olivia (the actress).
