Where is the Amazon Message Center?

Recently, we had to return an Amazon.com order for an item that broke. We contacted the Amazon.com seller and they responded back to us an email message asking for more information about our order. We attempted to reply back to their email, which had a reply email address auto-communication [at] amazon.com, but got a message: Your e-mail(s) to XXXX (xxxxxxxx) cannot be delivered because there was a problem with the recipient's email system.

Since we could not communicate back to the Amazon seller in email, we had to find out where Amazon Message Center is located to reply back.

How to Access Amazon Message Center

1. Login to Amazon.com.

2. Go to Your Account -> Your Account from the drop down menu.

3. Under Communication and content you will see Messages from Amazon and sellers – click it.

4. You will now be in your Amazon Message center. To see messages from Amazon buyers and sellers, select the Buyer/Seller Messages tab.

It has been moved to "Your Account" > "Your Messages". It's in the list of 9 or 10 buttons as soon as you navigate to the "Account" section. Select the dropdown "Account & Lists" then click on the "Account" button under "Your Account". The next screen will have 9 or 10 rectangular shaped buttons with icons and text right under the text "Your Account". Click on the "Your Messages" envelope icon. That will navigate you to your "Inbox". Things are constantly changing on the site so who knows how much longer it will stay in this location but this should help while it is located here. Good luck!

The Messages from Amazon and Sellers is no longer under the Your Account tab. I don't see a way to get to the Message Center any more.
