Sort by Oldest first Oldest first Newest first Most reactions #2 · Nov 18, 2010 there's 3 components to it. there's the input module on the pedal itself, theres the PCM sector and then there's the output actuator on the throttle body that is riveted in. the actuator is on the TB and its controlled by the PCM so I suppose the actuator control would be in the pcm. #3 · Nov 18, 2010 Cool, I've been lookin at the 3 same parts for forever now lol. I keep getting P1518, saying theres a communication error between TAC module and PCM. If you unplug the connector at the pedal, one of the error codes you get is P1518. If you unplug the connector on the TB, p1518 is not present. Of course they could just be the idiot lights and the car isn't picking it up. Blahhh, I need to replace something, just I dont know which one. Do you know if on the PCM, there is a specific plug? I have been reluctant to take it out, knowing how precious [expensive] it is. #4 · Nov 18, 2010 sorry.. I wonder how far i'll get in that time being too. When i type in the error code online, like google, I notice I get two answers....one is the TAC to PCM error the other is intake stuck open?
