Checked phoonhuat and many overseas websites but either they dont have/dont deliver to singapore.. Anyone knows where I can get some of this DMT T

And then you mentioned THAT chefsteps video and I was like okay I'm definitely creating an account. That video is fkin mesmerizing dude. It inspired me to order a Waring double waffle maker off Amazon. Any idea if Phoon Huat stocks it? Otherwise health food stores are apparently our best bet. Keep me in the loop if you find it! 5

Phoon Huat went out of their way to check their stores and they do carry it but in a liquid form and in a 1kg size. I wouldn't know how to use liquid as no recipes I have call for it. I did use the links provided and found plenty of businesses that ship to SG, but shipping costs are more than the product. If anyone is interested in a group purchase that might be a better value. Anyway. For the short term I found a recipe to make DMP and surprising it was rather easy. The SG heat speed up the process and I was able to complete the whole project in four days with the hardest effort being grinding the dried barley. If everything went as it should I'm set! I'll be doing some test bakes next week to see what results I get. Thank you all for the posts. Z
