I’m thinking that men have developed the practical habit of hooking up with virgins simply because there are so many more of them available as the group of non-virgins is reduced by marriage and old age. Men well past their teenage years are well aware of this shortage of available females when confined by proper society to “their age group” so they expand their sexual activities to include younger, more available females and this has absolutely nothing to do with them being pedophiles but only including such young “targets-of-opportunity”.
