Why do you study so slow?

There could a number of reasons that is slowing dow your studying speed. You need to diagnose which one it is.

Here are some reasons you might be slow in studying:

  • Distractions. You get easily distracted by social media or other stuff
  • A messy environment is one of the best distractions for any person making your studying slow
  • Irrelevant thoughts popping up in your head.
  • Studying using the passive studying techniques
  • Studying without understanding.
  • Studying using only one way of learning

Here are some ways you can speed it up:

  • Comprehend first then cram.
  • After comprehending start explaining the topic to everyone.
  • Use flashcards
  •  to speed up your cramming
  • Use the Pomodoro Technique to avoid distractions and staying focused.
  • Use apps like Forest to stop distracting websites and apps
