It doesn't count as a game. #8 _mandar View Profile View Posts 24 Aug, 2017 @ 8:16am Achieving customer satisfaction is harder than it looks and Valve does a good job. Steam used to be a mess before, but now it is better . they have to co-ordinte with thousands of developers. Not great but better yes, I personally think it's only because they are forced to be now though, with the rise of GOG and other distribution platforms. They only did the 2 hour refunds because of legal pressure after all. Last edited by Brechnor; 24 Aug, 2017 @ 8:19am #10 Cerocivr View Profile View Posts 24 Aug, 2017 @ 8:19am

You clearly have never dealt with the living hell that is maintaining a large server. #11 Brechnor View Profile View Posts 24 Aug, 2017 @ 8:20am

There is also no way that steam runs on a single server too, they would have to have a separate one for user accounts alone I'm sure, if they are doing it properly at least. #12 _mandar View Profile View Posts 24 Aug, 2017 @ 8:21am their servers are deployed at every major city in the world #13 Markus Kruber View Profile View Posts 24 Aug, 2017 @ 8:27am

They host large servers around the world, IIRC. #15 < > Showing 1-15 of 30 comments Per page: 1530 50 All Discussions > Steam Forums > Off Topic > Topic Details Date Posted: 24 Aug, 2017 @ 7:43amPosts: 30 Start a New Discussion Discussions Rules and Guidelines Close
