    Staying healthy is the most important in our life.There are a lot of activities for us to stay healthy.For me,I usually swim in the river in front of my house.I often swim with my father every afternoon .I swim about 2 hours every day.Swimming help me relax after working hard and it also helps me have a good heathy. I like swimming very much because I want to be a swimmer.

    We all want to be fit and healthy so here are some tips to help:

    -You should take lots of exercise. Watch TV or play computer games won't make you fit but playing sports will! You can play football, basketball, badminton and many other kinds of sports to be healthy. You can play with your friends in the park or on a sport yard. If you don't like team sports, you can walk to school, go swimming or try skating instead. You shouldn't play those sports on the streets because you might get in trouble

    -If you want to be healthy, you should eat a healthy diet, too. Chocolate, sweets and crisps are fun to eat sometimes but it's not good for you to eat everyday because these food contain lots of sugar and eating sugar is bad for your teeth . They can make you get fat very easily. But you can eat vegetables such as cabbage with every meal. Vegetables are good for you because there are no sugar but a lot of vitamin in them.

    -We must mention drinks, too. You should drink water and juice because they're better for you than fizzy drinks. Fizzy drinks also contain lots of sugar. One can of cola contains about nine teaspoons of sugar. But milk is better for you because it contains lots of calcium. You need calcium to help your 206 bones to grow and strong

    1, Keeping fit and staying healthy are the goals of everyone. For me, I often do a lot of things in order to achieve these goals. First, I usually do morning exercises every morning. It helps me feel energetic and makes my body more flexible. Second, I eat variety of food with a view to supplying enough nutrients to body development. Third, I try to avoid unhealthy such as fast food, soft drinks.

    2, Helping to build the community is essential to every citizen. For me, I often take part in some cleaning street activities. These activities occur normally on Sunday. It is held by the local authorities. Youngsters like me come to collect trash and sweep the streets. Sometimes, there is also planting tree activity. Through these events, not only does the neighborhood get cleaner but also the relationship among people get improved.
