I.INTRODUCTION (Internship Report)
Nowadays, every sector is using English, such as engineering, economics, education, health, and social life. So, it is very important to learn English, so we can communicate and get a lot of knowledge from there. As a global language, English is used to communicate with other people from the other countries, either friend or business client. And also, many books and information are written in English now. The special phenomenon is that English is spoken all over the world and is not only restricted to one area, as is Chinese.
Moreover, teaching assistant by translation and interpretation for native English Teachers is crucial job which occupy an important role in some English centers. It smartens communication by imparting information reliably from one language to another in different nations across the world. The translation and interpreting provide different services. Interpreters deal with verbal communication while translators deal with written communication. Role of interpreting and translation in english center is very helful for english learners. In this position, the learner will be expected to be trained the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. The learner will focus on learning how our organization runs, and can be expected to gain valuable insight that can further their interest in the chosen career field. In addition to office duties, the intern will have the opportunity to meet managers, executives, and members of the team. More than that, the student will have an opportunity to get to know all the native speakers as well as their culture. The student also have a chance to attend to all the working process such as customer service, teacher consulting for native teachers, as well as getting experiences in teaching and translation methods.

Through my internship at Foreign Affairs Department, I had the opportunity to practice my English knowledge, communication skill and learned experience from everybody.
Firstly, I think that my English has improved so much. Although a contract has many words about specialized food industry, I could do it well with the help of everyone in the company. This is also one of skill when you work in groups. Sometimes, I had a chance to talk with foreigner when answering the phone.
Secondly, my soft skill is also better. It is very essential for my future job. I found myself becoming more active and more patient. Translation work needs a lot of patience and precision so the internship helps me to complete this skill.
In short, I realized that students should have more experiences. The knowledge which I studied in the University is not enough for my job. Experience is very important. I had a broader view of my future job, and many things are useful for me when I work in there. Six weeks is too short, I did not get enough experience in working. Anyway, the internship brought to me many available skills such as soft skill, communication skill, etc. These experiences will help me a lot for my work when I graduate.

Two months of internship is not a long time but it helped me have a better overview of activities at the Agency. The agency has a very good working environment, always creating conditions to help employees with practical welfare programs. The internship process helped me gain a lot of experience when practicing here such as communication skills, the opportunity to interact with many experienced people in business management … There are opportunities for me to apply these knowledge learned from books and schools into practice, as well as bringing practical experience in handling and solving jobs. Through working with the agency, I strongly recommend that the agency take into account the monthly labor performance of each department in order to rate typical individuals and give appropriate rewards to encourage employees to have a good record. The agency must have a reasonable remuneration policy for the highly educated knowledge workforce to retain workers.
Managers need to distribute the work regularly every day, the agency should create conditions for employees to attend long-term and short-term professional courses to further improve the professional skills that help the agency handle quick operations to complete the report promptly.

ABSTRACT
A good education requires a strong knowledge foundation. Therefore, teachers in specific are indispensable to students, and due to current globalization, English has become the potential part of education needing more attention and considerable investment, so English teachers have strongly proved their positions and importance so far. Choosing and pursuing this career path, the author determined on seeking opportunities for English teaching position, then successfully applied to Atlanta Language Educator and worked on this internship report entitled:” An Internship Report on Studying the English Teaching Process on Grammar for Students aging 8-15 At Atlanta Language Educator (March – May 2021)”. With a 3-month-duration internship at the company, what she expects are chances to implement the theoretical knowledge and skills learnt at university to practical experiences on English teaching process for students. 2.1 Given tasks during the internship
I was assigned a position in Accounting Department at Sacombank My Tho transaction office during the internship. Most of the time, learn banking operations from tellers. Tellers in a transaction office are also the customer meet advisers who transactions with customers at first. Therefore, they not only have special skills in working with all kinds of customers but also have wide and strengthened knowledge.
As an internship student in Accounting Department, l was assigned many tasks to support tellers and to apprentice during the internship such as:
- Observe the tellers to gain experience and communicate with customers
- Learn the banking products that tellers offer to customers.
- Take notes of the real process and the outstanding steps as well as fundamental mistakes needed seriously considering when doing transaction with customers.
- Receive training and explanation of the transaction process from the instructor in the Accounting Department.
- Read and translate materials about different kinds of accounts and banking products.
- Arrange and classify banking documents.
- Copy, print, fax materials and scan signatures into computer.

Doing transactions with customers requires the tellers to have a great knowledge as well as experiences. Therefore, as a student with no experience, little knowledge, no practical skills and just some short-term courses in doing such tasks. I myself had to spend time on learning from the tellers and reading some books about banking operations, banking products and technological programs using in Sacombank that my instructor at My Tho transaction office gave me to fulfill my knowledge supporting during the internship
It is undoubting that a secure foundation of theoretical knowledge takes a vital role in any practical job you do. So, out of the time at the transaction office, I took times to review knowledge relating to doing transaction with customers, especially the book “Banking Transactions” that I used to learn in my second year at Banking University and then try to brief the important points. Along with the knowledge read from the bank’s guidance, l could easily draw out and remember the operations in my own way. In enriching my knowledge, I also read more on websites and some other relating materials.
Observation is also a key trait in implementing the assigned tasks, Day by day observing with customers about banking products that they need, I could understand deeply terms, conditions and processes of some products customers request such as deposit requirement, withdrawal requirement, payment order, money exchanging requirement and so on. Besides observing the others, taking notes is also necessary remember all of the things I have leamed and observed, especially in the conversations between the tellers and the customers. After two weeks, 1 could deal with customers when they need to transact with the bank, instruct them fulfill application forms or some relevant documents and answer questions from the customers.
To be able to well accomplish the tasks. asking for help from the professional and friendly tellers at My Tho transaction office is mecessary. At first, was so shy and was not brave enough to ask my instructor as well as other tellers about things relating banking operations and banking products. However, all of the tellers at My Tho transaction office help me enthusiastically that made me more confident. They were willing to answer my questions and explain everything clearly to help me deeply understand. Whenever getting problems or hard points in translating, I asked the instructor or any tellers in the office for help. Their detailed and enthusiastic explanation as well as the common mistake benefits me a lot

Chapter 1: Introduction
I had accomplished the internship in JOLO Education Co., LTD (HCM Branch). JOLO (stands for Just Outstanding Language Opportunities Education), belongs to GLN International Education, is one of the most prestigious English centers in Hanoi. With more than 8-years experience in teaching English, particularly in IELTS training, GLN had got a lot of valuable awards such as: the Certificate of ISO 9001 – 2008 by the Buresu Veritas Certification in October 18th – 2012, Best Endeavour Award by IDP Education in 2013 and Best IELTS Partner of 2013 – 2014 by The British Council. On the step of this success, GLN has started to expand its market to another fraction by setting up the new branch named JOLO, which provides the same learning program and course books but has the smaller class size and lower school fees. After the JOLO Head Office and its branch were set up in Hanoi in September of 2013, the first branch of JOLO in Ho Chi Minh City was gone to work at 62 Vo Van Tan, Ward 6, District 3 from the beginning of 2015.
The main “products” of JOLO Education are the English courses such as: IELTS, English for Communication, General English, and Customized English. JOLO also offers services for customers like registering for the IELTS test, operating the IELTS Mock test, English Clubs, and seminars to share the experience of taking the IELTS Test, getting the scholarship, and studying abroad (Jolo Education). Up to 2016, more than one thousand students at JOLO and GLN have got the IELTS degree with the band score at least 7.0. And the number of new students is going to increase day by day. This potential development is the result of the constant effort of all employees in the company. In which, Admissions Officers, the members of Sales Department, play the impotant role in finding and contacting to customers – who make incomes for the company by paying thier fees, offering them the best after-sale services and turning them into new potential clients for the next courses and getting more profit in the future. For detail, the first duties of an admisstions officer are to tak e care and support current customers, establish new business relation and find potential customers. To do this task, an admissions officer has to understand clearly about courses, teachers and classes information, class models, similar course and competitors’ products. Secondly, an admissions officer will contact to clients and collect all information from them to build up the company database. Then, the next task is to arrange for the placement test and provide advises to client for them choosing the right course and take care of clients during and after the course. If there is any complaints of clients, admissions officer has to collect and handle it within the scope of the delegated powers immediately. In addition, admissions officer also act as an accountant by suppervising and following up the course fee payment process, collecting school fees and only completing the finance responsibility if the client has finished courses at JOLO. Finally, admission officer sometimes do the research on market to identify more exactly about the demand of clients as well as looking for the potential clients. To compelete these tasks well, admissions officer has to get all information clearly and carefully about the courses, the apartments in company, the usage and direction of office machines, and the way to access to company software system on the computer. Morever, it is also necessary for admissions officer to join in all activities of the company and suporting other departments as assigned to get more information and experience to do these above tasks more exactly, quickly and better.

3.1. PLANNING FOR MY FUTURE TEACHING CAREER
During the practicum period, I had useful meetings with the general instructor to learn some experience and knowledge and how to apply some active teaching methods in real classes. I have some supporting ideas about my development orientation and training in my future teaching job.
_ It is not easy to choose a career. Hundreds of students pass various examinations every year and compete with one another for positions in various professions which are not so many as there are applicants. However, I would like to become a good English teacher.
_ Teaching is an interesting career for several reasons. As a teacher, I can learn many things. If I teach English to students in a high school or even in a college or university; I think that it is very important to read many books to prepare my lessons which are more interesting and more exciting for my students. Moreover, I can acquire lots of knowledge from real classes. Besides, I have to continue to learn more teaching experience of other teachers so that I can get more experience, knowledge or exchange ideas.
_ I have to speak well so that my students will be able to understand my instructions well. In this way, I can improve my powers of expression. Even my pronunciation will be improved to great extent. Furthermore, as a teacher, I will have chances from reading value books or updating materials on the internet. Moreover, I can acquire important qualifications.
_ Finally, I will be respected as an educated person. People will assume that I have certain qualifications and show their regard for me and the opinions that I express. So, I will be able to live a happy life.
3.2. MY SUGGESTIONS FOR THE BETTER FUTURE OF OUR UNIVERSITY ((Internship Report)

- Short-term suggestions
+ Our University should equip a large multi-functional audio-visual room for students, which can serve for students as a place for learning.
+ Our University should fit up fixed projectors, cassette players or even computers in each classroom for convenience and to avoid spending students’ time borrowing and installing these.
- Long-term suggestions
+ Our University should build a convenience and comfortable dormitory for students because most of the students of our university have to live in the dormitory of Long An college of pedagogy.
+ Our University should build a large multi-functional sport room which can serve for teachers and students as a place for practice exercises or sport activities.
- For studying encouragement policy and others
- Our University should promote many extra-curricular activities, activities of unions, healthy playing games in order to create the right motivation and conditions for students to learn and to strive better.
- Our University should contact with a lot of companies and schools to provide practicum and working places for students.

- Summary
This is the internship report based on the two month long internship program that I had successfully completed Scientific Research, Postgraduate and International Relations Department, Dong Nai University From Dec. 18th, 2017 to Feb. 09th, 2018 as a requirement of my second Bachelor’s degree on Foreign Language Faculty, Dong Nai University. This report includes four chapters: The first chapter is “Introduction” that shows the significance and the content of the Internship course; the second chapter is “Overview of Dong Nai University” that presents general information about Dong Nai University to help people have an overview about the school; the third chapter is “Content” that decribes my detail work that I have done during the internship. The four chapter or the final one is “Conclusion” that summarizes the whole report, shows lessons learned and suggests recommendations.

Through two months of practicing at Scientific Research, Postgraduate and International Relations Department, Dong Nai University, I have gotten a lot of interesting and meaningful lessons from the real and profesional environment. It is not only the chance for me to improve my English knowledge, skills and experiences, but also the helpfulness in terms of the career orientation which deals with my English Linguistics major, for my preparation to a real work in my life after graduation. The following is some of experiences which I have gotten during this course:
Firstly, this internship help me understand more about the translation, especially translation methods such as: To translate a document, I need to really focus on the work and should not be distracted into other tasks because distraction makes me not to link ideas, events or data together logically and coherently, it can lead to translate the wrong idea of the author. Moreover, I need to have knowledge both in the source language and the target language and understand the meaning and meaning of the author in the source language. Also, I recognized that should not translate in the way “word by word”, because that makes readers difficult to understand as well as make text lacking of coherence. Finally, I have to double check the translated document and revise if it is necessary to have a perfect translation.
Besides, I am becoming familiar with structures, grammar in writing and also learned common English phrase in many fields when I translated many kinds of documents. Moreover, I have enriched more my vocabularies when translating.
Finally, in the internship course, I had a chance to meet many people and that is the reason why I need to change myself to adapt to working environment and to have a good communication with other staffs. I also learned how to use office machines such as printer, scanner, photocopier, etc.

I my opinion, I hope that the University in general and Foreign Language Faculty in particular organize more internship courses for students while studying, not only the internship course in the last term.
In addition, I hope that there are more short – term exchange programs with foreign companies, foreign organizations, English centre…. so that the students student have more opportunities to penetrate real work for gaining experience as well as having a more realistic view of the work environment.
Finally, I hope that the University consider and upgrade the working equipment especially computer for the staffs of Scientific Research, Postgraduate and International Relations Department so that they can work better. Also, the office for both working and metting is not large and modern enough for such an important department, I hope that there is a meeting room for this department in the future because they usually welcome internal and external guests.

Pronunciation is also on her own recommendation list since it is an influential area for teaching. Besides, students need to be exposed more to the standard English environment; that is why there is a need for having pronunciation corrected. In a similar manner, she should acquire a good level of rest.
It is also important for her to enrich teaching knowledge and expertise.
